Each of our team members is either an artist, a figure model, or both.

Chalice Meikle

Ms. Meikle founded Creative Convergence CLT and has organized figure drawing groups throughout Charlotte since 2017. From Unorthodox Studios and the VAPA Center to co-founding Draw McColl and the Charlotte Portrait Group, she continues to make figure drawing accessible and welcoming to artists of all skill levels.

Ramon Jaquez

Ramon loves creating expressive drawings inspired by the energy of life drawing. A self-taught artist, he teaches planar analysis, sight measuring, and treats every student like family.

Eliza Dunaway

Eliza is a painter who loves painting and drawing from life. She loves painting landscapes en plein air. Her primary mediums are pastles and gouche.

Joseph Rackley

Joe is a classically Renaissance-trained artist whose passion for the human form began with figure drawing and painting. In 2023, he expanded his practice by becoming a tattoo artist.
